Can I give my 8 month old straight apple juice or barely watered down apple juice

Yes but if you’re concerned you can always water it down. For my son when he was 5/6 months I would do 1 ounce water and 1 of apple juice.

I do both and have since 6.5 months but I only do it 1 time a week but water everyday.

When you are watering down juice you are just making it taste nasty cause my dr said 5oz juice is fine but when u add water the sugar is still there it just tastes yucky

I gave my son water down juice at 1 and he had diarrhea for over a week so he didn’t get juice till age 2 and I still water it down now when he does get it so I would at least water it down but honestly I wouldn’t give him any yet.

And even though it does have sugar, it is refined sugar from fruit. Its not the same as a soda made with corn syrup.
