Went to bed last night with a huge headache... I wake up with the same headache and Tylenol is not doing anything 😢😕😵😒. Anybody knows a good remedies for that?

You have to drink a lot of water right now. Those head aches could be from dehydration. Like u have to consume at least 10 bottles of 8oz water a day . To keep the head aches down I remember those I just wanted to curl up and sleep. Then vomiting came
