Toke my glucose test yesterday and today I got my results sent to me and it was 102. What does this mean ? Do I have diabetes?

I actually passed on an obgyn because of their fat shaming. So happy with my new one. If you call between the 65-139 range you don’t need the three hour. But definitely don’t go to that dr again, find someone respectful! You’re not paying them to be an asshat.
I am so glad you got away from the doctor who was fat shaming you. No one deserves that kind of treatment . I was so offended and was like do you treat everyone like this ? I definitely will not be seeing her again . That was my first and last time. That’s why I like sticking with my primary doctors and that’s it. So true ! And Nothing wrong with having meat ! I hate when people try to make you feel other than happy about yourself.
@luv_2b_amomma, I would defiantly say something at your next appointment and ask to be retested so you can get accurate results.

@luv_2b_amomma, If they were worried about your BMI they should have done a blood test earlier on in your pregnancy for that. At my ob if your overweight they have you screened in the beginning to see if you should be tested early or not for GD. And that doctor should have approached it a better way towards you!
I told my husband that exact same thing . Why didn’t they test me earlier ? And my doctor has never said it was a concern before and told me I wouldn’t have to take the test until I was 20 something weeks. But this lady was definitely rude and I just went with it. I knew something was off. She really could have, she was rude the whole time !
@luv_2b_amomma, That's really weird they never said anything to you before. They should have defiantly mentioned it before your appointment. Is there a certain reason they did it this early?
@hisnider, Thanks so much for the information. I forgot how confusing all of this can be. I remember fasting when I toke the 1 hour with my son but I completely forgot about that yesterday. I will be asking for a retest with a different doctor. This doctor was a jerk!
@luv_2b_amomma, honestly, if your number was that low without fasting, I wouldn’t bother, have them transfer the results. It’ll just be a lower number with fasting and you’re no where near being in the diabetes bracket (you get stuck with enough needles anyway 🤣).
@hisnider, My husband said the same thing. I guess I get over worked up about stuff lol. But yes get stuck every appointment my arm needs a break !
Did you fast before the test?
No I wasn’t even told that I would be taking the test yesterday. I had just ate before I got to the doctors appointment.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

I am into my 15 week now
But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
What should i do i am very confused
