relax during labor. more you tense up the harder it will be
@shacandra.walton, during contractions if you clench & tense up, it’ll make you dilate slower which means labor will prob be harder. if you relax through your contractions it’ll make things easier. your body will be relaxed and will dilate much quicker which will more likely than not speed up the process

Breathe through every contraction and don’t think about the pain and focus on you seeing your baby very soon also have a strong support system in case you start to freak out because of how strong the pain is they need to talk to you strong so you can be strong. You will do great mama!!
