The further along you get in your pregnancy the less baby moves around due to running out of space. The best way to get baby moving if you're concerned is to drink something really cold and eat something sweet then lay on your side. With my 2nd pregnancy I'd eat Oreos with ice cold milk just about every night and he would move around like crazy after.

😭I’m only 24 weeks and my baby was a dancing machine yesterday and today she’s hardly moved while I’m sipping on a Mountain Dew. I know I’m not supposed to worry about it yet but it’s way easier said than done. Hang in there you’re almost there!
