To me that just sounds like a lack of communication. Age may play a part in it, but my husband is older than me and there are some things he likes and I don’t and so on. But we talk about everything.

I love the 18 yr age difference in my relationship BUT he can get high and mighty sometimes. For the most part we both like what the other brings to the relationship. He helps keep me grounded, I keep him from being a fossil
