My 2 week old is eating well but he is doing this thing every so often where I change and feed him and after I feed him he stays awake and starts to root like he’s still hungry. Sometimes I think maybe he is just doing it for no reason lol but he starts to get fussy if I don’t keep feeding him. So I just feed him and he eats a little on and off for a couple of hours (makes it very difficult to take care of my other son). He ends up fussing even more and spits up all over himself. Mamas what do I do? He is a premie and I guess I’m just very nervous about the spit up and the fussing
Cluster feeding ? Try to burp him or hold him sitting up after eating ... While eating you can lay back in a chair just in case your let down isn't to strong just play around and try diff things till you find what works for y'all
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
So Charlies started crying when im feeding him solids was getting stressed thinking why wont he eat.. but when i offer him finger foods he will happily eat.. its like he just wants to do it himself! Anyone else had this?
Make your own breakfast!
At what age do you think a child should be making their own breakfast? I have a 10 year old and I think he is perfectly capable of making himself breakfast. It doesn't take rocket science to put some waffles into the toaster, or microwave some pancakes. My husband insists that he needs to have breakfast made for him because if we left it up to him he wouldn't eat enough and it would take him forever.
So, does anyone else’s baby spit up a lot ? I feel like he just eats to much/to fast . I switched his formula to the sensitive kind , but he only formula feeds before bed and when we’re out . And we’re not out a lot . But he spits up my breast milk too. I’ll feed him and he’ll scream like he’s still hungry so I’ll feed him more until he seems like he’s not but he ALWAYS spits up. Idk what to do . I’ve tried burping more often , switching my diet , everything .
My son just turned 4 months and he eats a lot like 5 ounces every 2 - 3 hours is that bad ? Should I start introducing him to cereal ? He's on enfamil formula maybe mixing cereal in his milk will keep his tummy full for a longer time ? I don't want to be over feeding him , he also spits up a lot & sometimes I have a really hard time getting his gases out he randomly gets these tantrums out of nowhere because he has trapped gas & the only way he calms down is if I pick him up and walk around the ...
Sounds like he’s comfort nursing. My youngest did this and it made it hard with the older two kids!
