Mamas with multiples... was your second+ labor and delivery easier than your first? Were they bigger or smaller than your first? My labor and delivery was pretty easy with my first. I was in labor for about 7-8 hrs, pushed for 30 mins and only complications I had was breathing. When I was pushing, the pain was so overwhelming I felt like I couldn’t breath so I had to get a breathing mask. My son was 6 lbs 5.4 oz! I’m curious and super nervous to see how this labor goes and how big baby boy #2 will be!
My second labor was a little easier.
My 1st- I was induced at 42 weeks pregnant and in labor for about 13 hours. It took me about an hour to push him out. He was 6 lbs.
My 2nd- went into labor naturally at 38 weeks. I was in labor for about 6 hours. Took me 15 min to push him out and he was 7 lbs.
the pushing was much easier to do the second time around. I guess because you’ve already done it once and know what it’s like.
I just had my third and each time it got a little easier. My first was 14 hours of labor and 10 minutes of pushing and she was 6lbs even. Second time was 16hours and also 10 minutes of pushing and she was 5lbs 4oz. And this last time it was 4hours and about 5 minutes of pushing and she was 6lbs 6oz. I believe it went so fast this time because I took my good time getting to the hospital and I chose to wait till the last minute to get an epidural since that's what slowed down my first two but it ended up not working because within moments of getting it my contractions picked up quick and hard and then my body started forcing me to push lol.
My labor was the same amount of time - 27 hours , but the pushing was only 5 minutes with my second whereas with my oldest i pushed for 45 minutes . It IS a lot faster normally and my second was 2 lbs heavier !
@tylersmommy11116, my first born was 5 freaking lbs and i had an episiotomy but it’s alittle diff with ur second it’s easier to get the baby out bc ur body as much as if goes back to normal it’s still easier to adjust to birth bc of having given birth already
@mrsmord, that’s what I was worried about! It’s been 2 years since I gave birth so I was a little nervous I’d basically be “restarting” lol. That’s good to know though!
@tylersmommy11116, the only think i found harder second time around was healing ... i mean i gave birth twice in a year lmao but your hips have adjusted to baby carrying already . I wish you the best of luck i hope baby won’t be too large !
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
