@airwren123 it wasn't anything super special (he wanted to do a really nice proposal, but financially we can't with 2 boys and one on the way). We were watching Christmas movies and he had me get something out of the end table, me being me I didn't pay attention to what I grabbed. He went on about how much he loves me, and has never fell for someone like me, then went on about our boys (he has 1 from previous relationship, and so do I). He brought up how I actually care about his son compared to some previous ex's, how his son adores me, and he wants me permanently in his son's life. He brought up how he wants to be there for my son, when his dad chooses not to be, and how our boys are amazing together, as if they were actually brothers. Then he got down on one knee and asked (after apologizing for the proposal not being special)

@cfjones914 thanks ❤ I like the look of gold, but hate that it doesn't match everything, so I stuck with the silver lol. I like that it's not an ugly class ring like some others that the schools offer.

@ejwsmomma120215, I’ve always worn yellow gold I have metal allergies and it’s the only thing that I’ve never reacted to. Is yours aqua too? I can’t tell.

@cfjones914 I believe mine is. I don't fully remember. I just know I chose not to go with my birth Stone because I'm not a huge fan of emerald. And I understand the metal allergies, I can't wear anything with nickel in it. I'll have an outline of the jewelry, plus hives for weeks
