Every other day, once you got a positive ovulation test then you have up to 12, 24, and 36hours to have sex.
My gynecologist told me, not to have sex until I get a positive ovulation test, then have sex between 12, 24, and 36hours.

I use period tracker, ovulation test, and this month once I start my period and on cycle day3 will be my first time using Clomid.

Download period apps, that way to track your period and use ovulation test to actually know when you’re ovulating.

On Wish only cost me $36 for 2 different ovulation kit, that comes with 50 ovulation test and 20 pregnancy test.
It doesn't hurt to eat healthier and be healthier. The healthier you are better for conceiving. Those easy@home test strips with pregnancy test as well is a pretty good deal on Amazon if you want ovulation strips.
