Has anyone ever had bladder problems after a vaginal delivery. Like to where you just flow urine out your bladder all day long when standing, sitting and moving. I’m wearing women’s diapers because it’s that bad. I know the bladders weak afterwards. Just seeing how long it took others bladders to recover. I don’t even feel the urge to pee, just crampy.

I had to literally run to the bathroom and most of the time I didn’t make it. I started kegels when I’d remembered it. It did go away and I haven’t had any long term issues. I can’t remember how long it took a month or little more maybe.
Have you tried kegels? Maybe it will get better as you heal.
Yeah been trying them as I remember. Just hope it gets better. Wise I felt the urge to pee atleast ya know.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Hi mummy's I just had a pop n gush of water how long was it till u started having contractions I called hospital n they want me in to check me I only have slight period pain at moment
So how long do you stay in the hospital after having a c section? I just read on ovia that they keep you 5 days or longer... I didn't realize they kept you that long but I want to be prepared
The first few days with my son were like that.. I was told it’s normal and to just get back to kegels as soon as you’re feeling able to! I started doing them as soon as I’d take my pain meds and they kicked in, about 20 mins later.
Try not to worry, you’ll kiss those diapers goodbye soon enough! 💗
