Do you guys think this is safe for Talia car seat? I hear not to put puff jackets on kids then put them in a car seat cause its not safe. And this is really thick. But this would be great to a coming home outfit in January. And is there a differents between New born sizes and zero months,

If you have a shower cap style cover (not the one pictured above- that isn’t safe) and a light blanket that’s fine. You don’t want to overheat them either.
They recommend just a blanket over them after being strapped in since they don’t spend much time outside in transition to the car.
The nurses there may say something if you ask their advice.
I’m bringing a few options just in case she’s smaller or bigger than I expect. 🤷🏻♀️

I always struggled with the decision knowing if baby was warm or not. It was a tough decision because they say not to but ultimately it is your decision. I was not putting a coat on Jazz for a while in the seat but then decided I would make sure the straps were tight enough. Are you going to use a carseat cover?
Yes I do have a car seat cover. Ugh I feel like have no,idea what I'm doing
@dazedmama I ask questions but then will try different methods. I would say whatever you feel comfortable with. As soon as baby is born your instinct will kick in. It's like momma magic I always say.
