Has anyone ever filed a medical malpractice lawsuit?

Oh, that’s terrible! I’m so sorry your family had to endure that... but I’m glad you held that doctor accountable!!

Yes we filed a law suit after the doctors who delivered our son fractured his skull. Subsequently he suffered a brain injury and now lives with special needs along with a wide variety of medical issues related to that original injury.

It can be a very long drawn out process but definitely worth it. Our son deserves that justice and the doctors held accountable for a careless breach of protocol.

We definitely found it was best to interview a number of lawyers prior to committing to one. Hopefully your friends able to find a good lawyer who can help them ❤️
