For c sections moms out there. Have you been able to get back into working out? If so, how soon and what intensity? I started getting back into yoga but most of the stretches are causing pain on right side of the incision. Is this normal or do I need to get in touch with my doc? 🧐
If anything causes pain then just slow back down, My best advice is to listen to your body.
I felt like going on walks was a good way to reintroduce my body to physical activity. I bet yoga is fine I'd just steer clear from the positions causing pain & maybe try them again in a little while ya know
It’s been 6 weeks plus so I hoping to start doing things I love. My back is so need of stretching I tried doing the down dog pose and it hurts. I guess I have to wait longer or do it slow and steady. You are right I should start slow 🧐🙃
I find it pretty hilarious how people who have shown their true colors on social media snake away, delete the posts that outed them and come back on social media like nothing happened. Why do that, you outed yourself, so stay out. We still see you boo boo...
Help! My child is going bald is this normal for her hair to just fall out? And how can I get it to grow back?
I am sooo ready to get my blood work results back to find out the gender of the baby.
IUI Monday!!
So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years...
I keep getting BH contractions back to back
I did and I started with walking/light jogging around 5 weeks for my second csection and for my third C-section I started around 4 weeks. At around 6 weeks I got the go to keep increasing my workout if I feel up to it.
