So I just found out today I'm having twins. I've had 2 ultrasound techs tell me there was only 1. I literally cried in the grocery when I got the call. I dont know if I'm scared or happy. But I know my daughter is upset that shes not getting a baby sister. Lol. #myfirstpost

I had a screening test done where they can also find out the gender. I didnt know about it until my bf said something and then my ob recommended it.

My ob said they were Identical but if one is a girl I know my daughter will be the happiest. Lol. I'm going for another ultrasound Monday to see if we can see both babies. Im really hoping we can.

@ladyfreyja, they knew from your first US that yours were fraternal so the blood test for you would only guarantee either 2 girls or at least one boy. If they’re identical and the blood test says boy then they both have to be boys.

I assumed because my symptoms were crazy it could be twins but I didnt really expect to have them tell me yeah theres not actually one in there. Lol

I lost mine at 9 weeks because it put too much strain on my body. I was not very healthy when I was pregnant with them.

I'm really hoping both make it. That's my biggest worry now is that one won't make it. I was a twin but my mom lost the other at 12 weeks. So I'm hoping this wont be the same.
