I see so many scares about sleeping on your back (which I love) and sleeping on your right side but I'm scared lol

yes lol. Doctors will tell you as well. However you feel comfortable. But blood flow is better on the left side so that’s why some sleep that way. But you can sleep anyway you like as long as it’s not causing you pain or discomfort

Whatever position is comfortable. It’s hard for me to sleep on one side because it bothers my hips. I put a bunch of pillows around and just roll into different positions. Lol

Sleep on whichever side is more comfortable. Do u have a pregnancy pillow? I found that since I got mine, I'm able to lay on my left side more comfortably and for most of the night.

Yes I have one it cuffs me on my left side, but I'm more comfy sleeping with it on my right side with the bottom of it between my legs

sleep however is comfortable then. You need sleep. You may find the further along u get, u may be able to sleep on your left side.

When i was pregnant id fall asleep mostly on my right and would qake up on my left. The body knows when its time to move

On my stomach/side on top of a bunch of pillows. But mostly I don’t sleep.

However your comfortable my first I slept on both sides I rotated my second I slept on my stomach side the whole pregnancy luckily I can only sleep on my stomach so I was thankful to be able to my whole second pregnancy

My last pregnancy, I always slept on my back but with lots of pillows, and somehow woke up on my right or left side. Both were uncomfortable bc my sides were so sensitive and would be so sore. Hope you find comfort!!

I slept on my side but my amazing husband bought us a temperpedic mattress that was amazing 🤗 I slept like a rock until 35 weeks

I sleep on my back in till i go to big and it was uncomfortable then i went to my side.
