To track ovulation. If yes then the BBT is more precise because it will show your temp to two decimals places rather than one.

I have never done it before to track ovulation so thank you. Also does keeping track of your temps help a lot!

tracking your temp confirms ovulation so you’ll know after you’ve ovulated that you’ve ovulated if that makes sense. Used along with opks it can be really useful to find out how your body is working, but you do have to be really precise with the time you take it etc.

I used a regular one. My shift was clear enough I didn’t need BBT but some ladies do need it.
