I didn’t spot with my daughter, I spotted with my pregnancy in August that led to a miscarriage in September.

I had spotting my whole 9 months with my son

I had implantation bleeding with all my pregnancies around the time I would get my period. With some it was super light and lasted a day others it was a bit heavier resembling the beginning of a period and lasted 2-4 days. With my second I started bleeding very heavy around 6 weeks I had clots and everything and was sure I was miscarrying, I found out I had a subchoronic bleed and bled until just after 20 weeks. My baby was born healthy at 38 weeks. I also had an ectopic pregnancy where I spotted virtually from finding out I was pregnant until it was determined ectopic weeks later. With my current pregnancy I had on and off spotting at around 8 weeks then again around 15 weeks. My dr determined that was due to ashermans syndrome (I have scar tissue at the bottom of my uterus) with the scar tissue there is a blood vessel which was causing the spotting. There are many different reasons and outcomes of early spotting in pregnancy if you are spotting and pregnant it would be best to get checked out.

Yes, I guess it’s common for me. I have a 18,16 and 5 year old. I spotted with all 3 . My last was the scariest because I spotted from week 4 to 9.

Sometimes spotting can be implantation bleeding.

I did with my first and the on-call nurse had me go in to get checked out. It was a threatened miscarriage.

I was actually pregnant though.
