Normally one to two days. Massaging their legs will help too, his nurse always recommended we do that after him getting them. Infant Tylenol helps with the fever as well

Aww, poor little guy. Yeah that’s the sucky part of them getting their shots, the fever that follows. But hopefully here in a day or two it should clear up on its own

My son got a fever after his second set of shots. I gave him I think children’s Tylenol or whatever they recommended and it only lasted the night and by morning he didn’t have one anymore.
