My first the epidural didn't lasted and with my son I didn't have MED's or epidural he was in a rush labor went pretty fast hurt like hell😫😫
My epidural only worked on my left side I felt everything on my right side
It happened so fast, but I'm the type that will give it my all just to feel impressed with the results later 😃
For both my labors, i found (for me) focusing on breathing. Also Laying on my left side with a pillow between my legs was a real life saver.
@mickaylaebo i tried sittin up and leaning over a pillow but the hospital wouldnt let me. I had to lay back 😏😏
@mickaylaebo it wasnt offered to me for either one of my deliveries. But my labor wasnt bad at all til i was 8-10cm

You got this! One thing that helped me it's going to sound horrible, but focus on ignoring everything and everyone, and breath. I noticed the more I tried to pretend it was just me in the room I felt a bit better.
Yea breathing helped a lot I ended up getting epidural my contractions keep coming so close together I couldn't take it
Warm tub helped me!
