Day 5 of constant nausea, especially bad at night. Gets worse with certain sleeping positions. I'm getting at this point maybe 3-4 actual hours of sleep at the most. The rest of the time I'm up doing my best not to spend all night in the bathroom. Today even water is turning my stomach. Can't see my doctor until Monday, they think it will pass by then so they've just told me to sip water and Gatorade and try to keep some kind of calories in me. They said it's peak time for morning sickness, but should it be absolutely constant? There's not a second of the day I'm not wondering if I need to throw up or if I can keep it down. It's not super bad during the day, I'm managing maybe one small meal in the afternoon time when it's not as bad as in the morning or night. But I'm still left feeling very queasy all day long. Anyone else experience this? What helped you? So far anything ginger has come back up within minutes. And trying to snack often instead of bigger meals just leads to more throwing up.

My morning sickness has been horrible. The only thing that really helped the first few weeks were preggie drops. Kind of expensive but they taste pretty good and helped with my nausea quite a bit.
