Can the doctors prescribe me something stronger than paracetamol for the pain in my hips?

Sounds like SPD. Try sleeping with a pillow between your legs and as daft as it sounds keeping your legs closed as much as possible throughout the day, getting out of the car etc. You could look in to getting a support band as well.

Yeah I had it in my last pregnancy and was offered physio but it's so far away it would end up pointless. I already sleep with a pillow inbetween but not heard of the legs closed thing so I'll give that a go and the belt so thank you 😊 xx

They prescribed me codine at the highest dose but i cant take that any more due to being allergic xx

Thanks @gracesmummy16 @chesscalouise2 think I'll book and and see if they will prescribe me them. Wasn't to sure on what you could have while pregnant xx

I was on codine for a few weeks while heavily pregnant with my son at one point the hospital wanted to keep me in on mophine you can also have that if it gets unbearable but you have to stay in hospital while your on it xx @abbiiqx

I have this too, I was told it was just a part of pregnancy and growing and I'm only allowed paracetamol but I'm allergic to codiene
