Strictly breastfeeding, 7 weeks postpartum and was regular from there on.
My first I got it back 4 months pp I was bf and supplementing ,number 2 I got it back 8 months pp and got pregnant the next month she was ebf, I’m now about 6 months pp and still nothing also ebf.
I also breastfed and supplemented and it came back very irregularly around 8 months postpartum
