I posted about 2 weeks ago about the anemia they said I had from lab results..
I've been eating really well, good meals and healthy stuff, I feel great. I saw my baby girl and shes a chunkster. Is not taking iron pills going to harm my baby? I've been gaining weight and shes very active everyday. I know I may have the "tiredness" occasionally but, otherwise, I feel great. Drinking water everyday... today i go to my 32 week Ob appointment and i know she will ask me about the iron supplements. I drink my vitamins, breakfast essentials. Please no hate or bashful comments. I'm my own person and this is my health and baby. I'm just looking for some feedback, if you arent a pill taker or if you have useful info about certain vitamins taken or not it would be helpful.
Your welcome!!! I would really try and make lentil soup it’s super good. My aunt is super anemic and her boob popped she has fake boobs lol and they wouldn’t do it until her levels were at a certain number and she ate this and after a couple days she was fine to have her surgery.
I have always been anemic. And even more while pregnant. The pills make me soooo sick so I don’t take them often. I increase my iron in food intake. Like more spinach I cook with a cast iron skillet. I make lentil soup which helps a lot and what ever else has lots of iron When they check my blood it doesn’t get better but doesn’t get worse. I know it’s not something you proably should do but I know my limits on when i should take them. Try increasing your iron with food intake and took with a cast iron skillet!!
Eat liver and onions liver has a lot of iron eat iron rich foods
