It's cookie baking season! What's your all time favorite cookie to make at home?

Dude 3 is my little baker boy and he has a deadly oatmeal chocolate chip cookie recipe that makes people go crazy. We already made our first batch for Thanksgiving and we have it and a host of others in our holiday baking line up for the next few weeks.
