It’s not. Just on his cheeks the other red spots are from him playing rough lol

Ohhhh ok. His cheeks weren’t like that for his first 2 teeth so I had no clue

@alexisastitt, it’s the inflammation and they’re probably a little warmer too.

@cfjones914, yea that’s the same from last time. His cheeks are the only thing that’s new

Considering it's all over his face I'd contact his physician. It very well could be teething but usually we see that as slight cheek redness!
