We decided to stop birth control a month or 2 before we go on our Honeymoon 😩 he wants to bring a stowaway back 😭😂😂 buuttt I have an ovulation tracker that is very accurate for the last 3 yrs and I'm due to ovulate 2 days before we leave. Imma be drunk that whole week so idk if we should try to hit that ovulation or wait to the next months lol 🤔🤔😂😂

The birth control keeps your period regular but that doesn’t mean you’re ovulating. That’s the whole purpose of birth control, to keep you from ovulating so you don’t get pregnant. If you get pregnant easily then wait until right before your honeymoon to stop taking it otherwise you might get pregnant the month before and you won’t be able to enjoy your honeymoon.
I actually got pregnant on my wedding night and 4 days later we left for our honeymoon. I drank the whole time we were gone since it was way too early to know and then as soon as we got back I took a test and it was positive. My daughter is 4 now and extremely smart and healthy. She was just a ball of cells when I was on my trip.

My main concern is the whole drinking and possibly conceiving right before. Well I know alot of ppl who drank in the beginning of their preg b4 they actually found our they were preggo so I should be ok I think
And I get preg easily so I know I could/would right after I stop using it
@2sweetie @spookylyn Weird cause I was on BC before I had my daughter and I was tracking my period And ovulation then I stopped to conceive her by the ovulation tracker and it was correct. My period stays consistent on and off birth control and it's always spot on with the tracker I've been using for years
The ovulation tracker wouldn’t be accurate if you’re on birth control. You would need to stop for a few months and track your cycles to figure out when you’re ovulating.

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
How soon after ovulation did you test? We have been trying for about four months now and no luck really hoping we get BFP this month.
I've just ordered preseed, ovulation kits and some more pregnancy tests! I thought I'd try it out. Before we just used to go with the flow then tried during ovulation/fertile days but that wasn't working 😧 any tips on what you ladies did different and successfully fell pregnant? xx
