Anyone else get really bad hot flashes after haveing a baby, I've always been the type to be cold during the winter inside the house even if it was 70degrees in the house I would have to put on layers now I'll go from really hot to cold all day long and are place ia set for 70degrees. If anyone exsperienced this will you please tell me what it was caused from.

Yeah that happened . They told me it was the hormones .

Its annoying I can't get ready to go out bc I get so hot I have to step outside well the car is heating up or holding the baby ill get super hot I gotta put him down and take half my clothes off then 5 mins later I'm cold cuddling him

🙋 i would get really hot to the point i would take a cold shower then i would get cold to the point i was shaking and needed layers of clothes and blankets. I would Feel so weak and tired like i had the flu for like 2 weeks after i had my son.
