My son does the same, I cant put blankets on him because he sweats and he kicks them off.. he’s very warm blooded. Even sweaters, he can’t wear them for long or he will be drenched

Our daughter is the same way. She hates being covered up, she dislikes shoes and socks and loves the ceiling fan

Yes normal. My daughter does too. Just try not to cover him up too much.
