@spookylyn, oh yeah totally! You’d be killing the bacteria and the sprouts so they wouldn’t be live anymore. They’re good to eat for their live bacteria though so I’d just wait until after pregnancy
I didn’t know and i accidentally ate them in my first trimester, luckily me and the baby are ok but they aren’t safe. I just got lucky I think.

My husband won't eat leftovers 😒 he'll only eat them for his work lunch the next day but not dinner again. So while the kids ate left overs he went all the way to the grocery store to pick up a can of chili 😂🙄 anybody else weird like that and don't eat leftovers? Lol
