@alisha_byers, I was able to get Medicaid during that point in time. But now we don’t qualify for Medicaid for myself or my daughter anymore. You can always apply and see what happens.
Finding out you’re pregnant isn’t a qualifying life event. Having a baby is though. Check your state’s online exchange for private plan options. I used to be an HR Benefits Coordinator and insurance enrollment was one of my duties. Message me with any questions. Good luck!
You should be able to sign up for your husbands still cuz this qualifies as a life changing event so that gives you special enrollment.

Question for you ladies how are you guys getting your breast pump through insurance before baby gets here im 4 weeks from having him and I have 3 different insurances that NY state have me on what one don't pick up the other one will can someone let me know please cause I want to have mine before he gets here as well or at least by time eh arrives?????
Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
