This is just nonsense. Don't have to be happy every second of the day because some people can't have babies. Sometimes I want to leave my screaming child in the store and walk outside so I don't have to hear it anymore. Sometimes I want her to nap for an extra hour so I can hear myself think. Sometimes I wish I could afford a babysitter so I can get a break from motherhood. I am not a mother first. I am a human being first. I am rashel first. I'm a mommy second. That doesn't mean I don't love her and that I don't put her first in almost every aspect of life. But it does mean that my happiness matters. I'm sick of people talking about how motherhood is so perfect and beautiful. Sometimes it's crap and it's shitty and I don't want to do it. It's okay tp feel that way. Don't shame women into feeling like they have to love every minute. They don't

It’s definitely hard and so stressful at times but all in all I wouldn’t change a thing.

I have a tough, spirited kiddo, and sometimes motherhood downright sucks.
