Here the past week or so ive been having these “butterfly” feelings in my stomach and when they happen they last about 10 seconds or so. It also is hard to breathe when they happen. Anyone experienced this?

Ive read where a few women have described they bh like that. Im not sure tho. My dr thinks it may be due to reflux at night or my anxiety. She said if it does last atleast 30 mins or longer i need to go to the hospital.
