For those that have miscarried, but have gotten pregnant with their rainbow baby after... did you ever have thoughts about the baby you were carrying not having a heartbeat anymore in between doctors visits, or think about any little thing you did would hurt your baby or cause you to miscarry again? Is this just me? Do I need counseling? My miscarriage last year has me living in complete fear with this pregnancy, and my faith is has taken a hit and is nowhere what it used to be. 💔

So sorry for your loss. Constant fear can be very normal. I experienced that as well as I’ve had two losses. I’m sure people who haven’t experienced a loss feel a similar fear as well at times. Hang in there and take it one day at a time. Thinking of you.

Thank you for your sweet words. I, too am so sorry for your losses. It’s amongst the worst pain I’ve ever felt. I’m only a message away if you ever need to chat. 💕

Every day I worried. We lost our angel last summer. I tried to be so careful and whenever I did something that I worried would have hurt her I started to panic and laid down and relaxed while drink cold water or juice until I felt her start wiggling again. My SO was extremely helpful, but he couldn't make it go away. I just wanted her to be okay. Every little milestone helped for a little while though, helped the worry go down even though never all the way. Getting out of the first trimester. The first ultrasound (I got it late). Feeling her movements. Finding out gender. Hitting viability. Going from monthly appointments to bi-weekly. Going from bi-weekly to weekly appointments. Everyday with every wiggle was helpful and comforting as the day got closer. The worry won't go away, even after baby is born. Worrying comes with being that little one's momma. I know it's hard but try not to stress, baby needs you to be as relaxed as possible.
