So, me and SO still want to have another baby close in age to Thea. Was wondering if due to the change in progesterone and estrogen levels because of breastfeeding could cause any complications with a pregnancy while doing so. (Not planning on right now, still would wait til after I get okayed by the doctor in a couple months/when they say) please, no negative remarks on the desire to have another baby close together.
@bigsisfinallymommy, I’m just looking at all of these comments. My opinion is to do what you want bestie.
@mamabeartosophia1.7.19 oh, okay. I was confused lol. Of course, I'm going to discuss it all with the doctor, though.
Tell him you like to see him squeeze out babies back to back. He should wait until you recover.
I 'm not worried so much labor back to back. The first one wasn't that awful after the epidural and I didn't have much damage or much pain afterwards. I'm more worried about the pregnancy and how I will be around people again.
And congrats on you guys apartment 😊 how exciting. I hate moving but love decorating new places have fun ☺
I absolutely LOVE decorating and setting up! Thanks💕
Okay I’m gonna be the asshole wait until you have your own house I’ve seen you say you say you went from living with someone to homeless and looking into shelters to living with someone else let your body heal and get on your feet before you decide to bring another child into the world.
I wasn't going to post about it until we actually moved but we are moving into our own apartment next month.
Yeah she's right. It's always good be be financially stable and settled and have everything in order before having multiple kids....you done want to struggle. Been there don't that, no fun lol. Finish school, secure a good job etc ☺
@doubleksmommy I'm going to finish up my associates and then take a break, for some family time.
You can def get preggo while breast feeding but I'd wait a while to get pregnant again, esp the toll it has in your body.
I dont really know but have seen some women still get pregnant when breastfeeding it's not impossible but sometimes it can be a little bit harder sometimes because you don't get a period while breastfeeding.
Breast feeding doesn’t mean you can get pregnant at all and it doesn’t make it harder at all that’s a myth. I know quite a few people who have breast fed and got pregnant. I also know people who have breast fed the whole time being pregnant. Everyone is different but I don’t think it will cause any issues as long as your body allows it. Good luck!
I know people who have gotten pregnant while breastfeeding too, so I knew it wasn't impossible to get pregnant while doing so.
Okay, awesome. Thank you.
@bigsisfinallymommy, just gotta make sure you are healthy and if you didnt have any major complications with previous pregnancy’s. I wanted my kids super close in age but my husband won’t. But also my body can’t handle it.
@dinamarie1995 I didn't have any major complications, just fluid levels bouncing towards the end and a Varix developed, which is why I was induced. I don't know if that would mean anything for the next and I didn't have any complications with labor or after except a little extra bleeding but it was good after the night. Of course, though, I am going to discuss it all with the doctor.
It's best to wait until a year pp to get pregnant again. But since your breastfeeding it will be harder to get pregnant, if you were to get pregnant while breastfeeding your milk supply will dry up.
Planning on another baby...?
So for my first time moms when do you plan on having your second child?
Are there any mommas that have babies 9 months to one year apart?.. If so how was it having babies that are so close in age, and in diapers at the same time etc?... #NoJudgementPlease

for those who have had
For those who have had babies, how close to your EDD were you? Anyone have their baby on their due date?
