Went to calculate the date for when id be 12-13 Weeks along. Not telling anyone till then so I wanted to see if it was around Christmas. Turns out week 13 starts Dec 20th! So we're definitely in the clear for a Christmas announcement. But I also found out that based on my due date it's likely I conceived on my birthday! How crazy is that! I'm a little overly excited about that, it just seems so special and cute. Best unknown birthday present ever!

Be firm with you doctor about what you want. Don't let them push you around on things like scheduled C-Section or induction if you don't want it ( unless completely medically necessary) and try to enjoy the pregnancy as much as you can. Oh! And ultrasound techs normally won't tell you anything. They tell your doctor and then the doctor tells you. So don't get too worried if your ultrasound tech is very quiet. No problem. This is my second and I'm still very nervous about it. But it is definitely worth it when you've got that baby in your arms.
