Why am I this way?! Baby boy is a week old today and I'm over here crying thinking about having to leave him when I go back to work in 12 weeks. I keep thinking he's gonna think I'm abandoning him 😭😭😭

He wont think that momma. I know though that doesnt mAke it any easier 😔 hang in there. I wish maternity leave was way longer here in the states so not fair

@boys.everywhere, I felt the same way with my daughter and I cried the first couple of days and called every day to check on her the first week, but honestly once I knew she was okay and everything was okay I enjoyed the little break I had even if I was at work. I could be “me” and not “mom” for 8 hours. I’m not gonna lie it’s hard at first but it does get easier! Just gotta remind yourself why you are leaving him it’s because we have to work to give them the best life they deserve
