hey moms! question! is it safe to put frozen breast milk in a bottle warmer? I read the best way is to run it under warm water or let it thaw out over night, but wondering if anyone has ever tried to put frozen BM in their bottle warmer then serve?

Depends some warmers are for breast milk like the Kiinde or the nanobebe .

I wouldn't. It literally only takes a minute or 2 to thaw it under warm water.
