Girl I can tell you a story about mines... I've been there with my brother and sister in law and I was so upset with them. They were having twins but she lost them. Then I felt so sad.

It would bother me but, I would try not to make a big deal. I'd be wondering what the heck is wrong with my sister. A name lends itself to individuality. Why would you do that to your kid?
