I got 5 oz out of each breast. Needless to say i don’t feel like I’m carrying bricks anymore!!

Also hot showers help when they feel super full. That’s how I stay with them without feeling like heavy bags of rice on my chest lol

i take hot showers and do heat compresses and mine are still super heavy!
