How did you know what formula to use? There’s so many in the shops! Is there a difference between the brands? Is one…

I chose the brand that was easiest for me to get which was cow and gate. It was sold in my local shop which meant it was easiest to get hold of!

It can be a bit trial and error as baby may not tolerate it. I do know cow and gate and aptamil are owned by the same company.

I went for cow and gate as me and my sibling and all their kids where brought up on it x

I also chose cow and gate. Looked at ingredients and exactly the same as aptamil but cheaper x

Same here. My first was on cow and gate so got it for my second. It seems to be the formula that works for most x

Very minimal differences between them all go for what you can access easiest

I used sma with my 3 and it's what I'll be using with this one as well x

We tried cow and Gate and aptamil for Theo's evening bottle and he was sick a lot so we switched to HiPP organic and he's been fine (he was 7 months when we started formula, so it could have just been his stomach adjusting). HiPP is also the easiest to get hold of for us x

I planned on breastfeeding but I was so exhausted after csection in hospital that they gave baby aptamil so that’s just what we continued with- although I’ve heard they changed the formula recently and it’s not as good? Xx

I breastfed both but when they got teeth and started weaning I used Aptamil. They never had a problem with it and took to it lovely
