If you are counting from when you conceived then you should have only missed your period today. If you are counting from your LMP which doctors/midwives usually do and you’ve had a positive test then you would be 4 weeks. If your period is 2 weeks late you would be 6 weeks pregnant.

Nope. I was just asking my GP and she told me 2 weeks... Anyway I am a little bit confused.. I should count from the day of the first missing menstruation or the day that I conceived

At that stage it's just bloating your uterus isn't big enough to come past your pelvis yet and baby is smaller than a poppy seed

It's normal to bloating at this stage, you'll find that after a few weeks your bloating will go down and then after 12 weeks is when your uterus is big enough for you to start showing
