In my heart we have always been married. But yesterday we made it official and got married. Last thanksgiving we found out we were going to have a baby, and this thanksgiving we were married. I guess you can say thanksgiving will always be magical in our family. ❤️

Would you be mad? My brother and his ex don't have a great relationship. They have joint custody of their 6 year old DD and my brother gets her every other weekend and 5 weeks in the summer. Both he and his ex are married now (they were never married to each other).
not a real wedding. stupid and pointless rant? My husband and I got married almost 9 years ago. Since at the time we had no money, we were young college students and we couldn't afford anything, we chose to get married at a courthouse with just 2 witnesses (no dress, no engagement ring...)
Are we the only family? Are we the only family that eats Thanksgiving dinner at dinner time? We eat dinner between 6:30 and I every night due to my work schedule. Even in Thanksgiving we still eat at this time. It's 6:43 and we just pulled out bird out of the oven. I always feel like the odd one but this is how it always was growing up and my SO was raised the same.
