That’s normal any good doctor should tell you that it puts too much strain on the baby some say it could even cause miscarriage in some cases

I was lifting 75+ for my job when i was pregnant. My doctor refused to write something saying i couldnt lift that. Every dr is different.

Yes normal. I tried very hard not to lift anything crazy. It’s very easy to strain yourself while pregnant.

I was doing the same thing and my doctor told me to quit my job because it would be too much for my body to handle.

I am 27 week pregnant girl and the doctor hasn’t mention noting to me but I wouldn’t force anything that’s to heavy speak to your job and make sure u bring a note to the job I swear I don’t know how u manage because I am only a perdiem at the nursing job not full time it’s too much work

Typically don't do more than your body is used to, but I'd certainly mention it to your supervisor.
