No because it's viral. U just have to monitor breathing carefully and make sure shes having wet nappies and taking feeds etc because babies especially can deteriorate very quickly. They told me to feed little and often because she was being sick after bottles because she was coughing so much. She ended up taking 1oz or 2oz every hour or so! xxx
@karla22 yeah that's what I'm doing. Hate seeing her ill when there's nothing you can do except give them cuddles. How long did it last hun? She's just super weezy atm with her breathing 😩 but she's still taking feeds 4oz every two hours. Xxx
I know it's awful when they are so young! I was so on edge with her breathing, literally watching her sleeping and everything! Drove me mad 😵 but thank god she is ok. She only coughs once in a while now, lungs are clear, not much mucus left so she is hopefully nearly over it. It's been 17 days since she was admitted on childrens ward! xxx
