Having abdomen pain like it's tightening up. But not really noticing any contractions? Plus he's moving which is making alot of pressure on my vagina and lower tummy. Should I be worried or is this all normal?
Monday I was dilated alittle over 1cm and 60% effaced. I also did alot of walking today.

Your abdomen pain sounds like contractions girl. That’s typically what they feel like or you’ll feel it in your back as well if you have back labor. @dessiboo,
@dessiboo, They will send you home unless you’re dilated to at least a 4 and are having contractions 5 minutes apart and sometimes even then they will send you home. If your water breaks however they won’t so for right now I would just wait it out and time how far apart the contractions are and how long they last.
