Feeling really down, hormones kicked in and can’t stop crying thinking the worst 😥
Went for an emergency scan yesterday due to pains, I should be 7w 2d on my LMP but she could only see a sac and a tiny dot which measures at 5 1/2 weeks (to small to see a heartbeat to)
So got to go back in 2 weeks for another scan to see if it’s grown.
My LMP was 1st October and spot on 28 days.
Anyone else had this and turn out ok? Xx

Judging by my lmp They though I was 11+2, went for an early scan due to bleeding and I was only 9+2, 2 weeks behind what my lmp predicted. Don’t panic. You may have conceived later than you thought.

I went for a scan at 7 weeks due to pain and they also told me that I was only 5/6 weeks but when I went for my 12 weeks scan they said I was bang on 12 weeks, so not to worry you probably might be 7 weeks your baby's just taking it's time to grow that's all :) xx

Thank you this is just what I need to hear, sat her now eating crap while Charlie sleeps 🤦♀️ as chocolate always makes it better xx

I went for a scan at what I though was about 7 weeks to be told just a sac and they think I was earlier... went back 10 days later and the difference was amazing they even put me forward with dates 3 times after that... so early scans can be wrong... it is so worrying... those were the longest 10 days ever!

Oh wow what a difference in 10 days 💖 I’m really hoping my little bean will grow the next 13 days 🤞 it’s really reassuring to hear these stories, and someone to understand how stressful this is. Xx

it’s just all the bad thoughts that run through your head 😥 going to keep myself busy from tomorrow and have something planned everyday to take my mind off of it, if that’s possible xx

Try not to worry. With each of my pregnancies they dated me 2 weeks later than I thought. I went for an early scan at 11 weeks and only measured 9. They at my nhs scan was dated the same, 11 weeks instead of me thinking 13. I’m currently 27 weeks and baby is growing perfectly xx
