So I need some help or advice. I just started working for a company as a recruiter in September. The first thing my trainer told me was not to get pregnant because she’s pregnant. However I am currently 9 weeks and I have not told my job yet but my CEO is asking me to cover her whole she’s on maternity leave in the end of December in another office not close to mine. I have yet to tell them I’m pregnant I have no choice but to accept the offer and I’m just thinking how to tell them and what to do

If they're specifically asking you to replace the woman who will be going out, then it's not really cool to accept the job. But, you also aren't legally required to inform them until you're ready. Unless, maybe if it's in the contract that it's for a specific time frame that you know you won't be able to fulfill, then maybe you could get in trouble. I don't know, I'm just making guesses here.

No it’s just to cover her until she is back then I will be sent to my location. However I ended up talking to my trainer who is the person going on leave and surprisingly she was very supportive

Tell them whenever. You don't have to accept the offer, especially if it isn't possible to cover the whole maternity leave schedule.

Just tell them you’re pregnant whenever you’re ready to do so. They can’t legally tell you not to get pregnant.
