Just wondering if any of you control the humidity in the room for your LOs. Is it necessary? I heard it could prevent the baby from catching a cold or make him recover sooner. On the other hand, the level of humidity must be high in UK

@liya.bowie we have the vicks warm must humidifier and they day it should be between 30-50% I think our one was about 30 pound from Argos and you get vicks vapour pads you can use with it you get different ones lavender to help sleep menthol for congestion you don't have to use them tho xx

Im a deep southern girl all tha way frm tha bottom of tha boot. Born an raised in tha big city New Orleans, where we get snow about every 20 yrs, which melts within a few hrs?. Its always hot an humid here. We dont have real winters like up north. My husband is frm tha country so i tend to tell our kids that they have a lil city an a lil country in em. I was in my backyard and the neighbor chick comes over and is talking to me. I happen to mention how I had to squeeze into a pair of shorts because it was so humid outside ... she really says to me “I got some meth. Do you want some?” Like are you freaking kidding me!!!!!! Hell no I don’t want any and now I don’t want you near my children! After I said that I walked away from her 🤦🏻♀️

When people see pregnant ladies in the summer and say things like " I feel bad for you" or "It's going to be a hot summer carrying a baby" - they are absolutely right and I ain't even mad, personally. Today it was so hot and humid, I felt like I was going to pass out. Being hot instantly gives me an attitude. I truly feel bad for myself and anyone else pregnant in the south, it's going to be a long summer ladies...due November 😵😰😱
I have always used a humidifier since Harvey was born it kills bacteria in the air preventing colds and he always sleeps better with it on x
