Question: I have been having a really bad sharp pain in my right lower abdominal area, like where I think your appendix is. It feels like I tore a muscle or something. Anyone else experience this? Any suggestions on how to alleviate the pain?

juliannap Without medications, I strictly started eating 2 prunes a day and it help me so much!

expectingz apples help also, juice, sauce, slices!
